Responsibilities Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Create and implement training procedure Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action Coordinate with management staff to maximize training effectiveness Qualifications Experience working in a manager role Exceptional leadership skills Ability to communicate and listen effectively Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize We are looking forward to receiving your application.
